Rodenhouse Inspection Service is owned by WJ Rodenhouse. I have over 20 years of experience in home building, contracting, maintenance and service. I worked as a project manager for a custom home builder and was part of a third generation plumbing and heating firm.

My grandfather, Walter, established a home building company in Irondequoit, NY during the 1930s. During the post-World War II boom he founded Rodenhouse Plumbing & Heating. My father, Bud, took over the business in the early 1960s and has also been a licensed realtor for over 40 years. I worked in the family business from a young age and I am proud to continue my family's legacy today.

 

At Rodenhouse Inspection Service I offer a thorough, fair and unbiased inspection that will give you security and peace of mind in your purchase.  I am proud to follow a strict code of ethics and our inspections exceed New York state Standards of Practice.

 

Rodenhouse Inspection Service provides inspections for single and multi-family residential properties including apartments & investment properties. We are a full-service inspection company providing radon testing and pre-listing inspections in addition to standard inspections.
