Buyer's Inspection

A professional home inspection gives you an unbiased, independent assessment of the condition of the property you are looking to purchase.  The information we provide will enable you to make an informed, sound purchase decision. A home is one of the biggest investments in your life and we want you to feel confident moving forward with your purchase. Any questions you have regarding your future home will be answered by us at the end of the inspection.   • Cooling system

  • Water heating system

  • Interior plumbing fixtures and faucets

  • Water main entrance

  • Drainage sump pumps with accessible floats

  • Electrical service line and meter box

  • Main disconnect and service amperage

  • Electrical panels, breakers and fuses

  • GFCIs, receptacles and switches

  • Grounding and bonding

  • Basement and/or crawl-space

  • Foundation

  • Garage doors, safety sensors, and openers
